  • Publication number: 20200072315
Abstract: A stopper is mounted on a vibrationproofing unit including a first bracket, a second bracket , an inside member being shaft shaped and in which the first bracket is fixed to the axial ends of the inside member, and a vibrationproofing base body including a rubber-like elastic body and coupling the outer circumferential face of the inside member and the inner circumferential face side of a tubular section of the second bracket. The stopper is plate shaped, includes a rubber-like elastic body, and includes a cushioning section disposed between the portions of the first bracket and the tubular section opposite in an axial direction of the tubular section. The cushioning section includes a thick wall section, a plurality of protrusion sections protruding from at least one face in a plate thickness direction of the thick wall section, and a thin wall section thinner than the thick wall section.

  • Patent number: 10422404
Abstract: A liquid-sealed antivibration device is equipped with a shaft member and a sleeve member, an antivibration base body constituted by a rubber-like elastic body which elastically supports the sleeve member relative to the shaft member and which defines a first liquid chamber and a second liquid chamber between the shaft member and the sleeve member, and an orifice forming member made of a synthetic resin and disposed inside the sleeve member. The orifice forming member is formed with end surfaces on which a hole portion piercing along the axis of the shaft member opens, and an outer peripheral surface adhered closely to the sleeve member to form a groove portion becoming an orifice which makes the first liquid chamber communicate with the second liquid chamber, and recesses formed at corner portions defined by the end surfaces and the outer peripheral surface are connected to the hole portion.

  • Publication number: 20180135715
Abstract: To provide a stabilizer bush capable of providing improved durability. The stabilizer bush is configured so that a pair of semi-cylindrical rubber elastic bodies are disposed on the outer periphery of a stabilizer bar. The stabilizer bar adheres to the inner surfaces of the elastic bodies. A first end portion and a second end portion of a reinforcing plate are disposed circumferentially inward from the circumferential end faces of the elastic bodies, and an intermediate portion of the reinforcing plate is connected to the first end portion and to the second end portion. The radial thickness of the elastic bodies measured between the first end portion and the inner surfaces and the radial thickness of the elastic bodies measured between the second end portion and the inner surfaces are smaller than the radial thickness of the elastic bodies measured between the intermediate portion and the inner surfaces.

  • Patent number: 9523407
Abstract: An anti-vibration unit, which enables a reduction in man-hours to be achieved during manufacturing and a reduction in the number of parts, is provided. A boss member of an anti-vibration device is pressed into a press-fitting section of a second bracket so as to be firmly fixed. The omission of the bolt enables a corresponding reduction in the number of parts. Moreover, by omitting the bolt in this way, there is no need to form a female threaded section on the boss member of the anti-vibration device, thus enabling a corresponding reduction in man-hours during manufacturing. In addition, when chemically treating the boss member of the anti-vibration device, it is unnecessary to implement a step for protecting the female threaded section with a masking bolt, thus eliminating the need to attach and detach the masking bolt, which in turn enables a corresponding reduction in man-hours during manufacturing.

  • Patent number: 9057417
Abstract: To provide a vibration isolation unit capable of reducing the number of parts, man-hour and material cost, and suppressing the product cost. One side of a stopper rubber member continues to the outer edge of a diaphragm. Accordingly, because they can be vulcanizingly molded simultaneously, the number of parts can be reduced. Also, because the diaphragm is attached to an outer tube member, the stopper rubber member also can be fixed simultaneously, and therefore the man-hour can be reduced. Further, because one side of the stopper rubber member continues to the outer edge of the diaphragm, overlapping of them in an axial view can be avoided, and a rubber material can be used efficiently. Thus, the number of parts, man-hour and material cost can be reduced and the product cost of the overall vibration isolation unit can be suppressed.

  • Publication number: 20120146272
Abstract: To provide a vibration isolation apparatus the spring constant of which can be prevented from increasing in two directions of three orthogonal directions but can be adjusted to increase in the other direction of the three orthogonal directions. If the internal cylinder member 40 is moved in the left and right directions or front and back directions of the vehicle, the spring constant is not increased. On the other hand, when the internal cylinder member 40 is moved in the up and down directions of a vehicle, a relatively short portion connecting the highest portion of the protrusion part 2064 and the outer surface of the internal cylinder member 40 is mainly expanded and contracted, and thus the spring constant is increased.
