  • Publication number: 20240081832
Abstract: A hemostatic device is disclosed, which includes a tube fixing portion that is provided to a fixing member which fixes an inflatable member. The tube fixing portion includes a first member, a second member that is located closer to the inflatable member than is the first member, a slit portion, and a tube holding portion. A part of the first member is further away from the inflatable member than is the second member in a direction perpendicular to a virtual plane defined by the slit portion. A first distal-end surface includes a first region not facing a second distal-end surface, and a second region facing the second distal-end surface. A first curved portion has a first curved surface curved toward the second member and facing the second distal-end surface.

  • Publication number: 20240074767
Abstract: A hemostatic device that includes: a pressing member configured to compress the puncture site; and a first band, a second band, and a third band configured to be connected to the pressing member. The pressing member includes a pressing portion configured to compress the puncture site and a support member configured to fix the pressing portion. The support member has a first region in which the pressing portion is located, and a second region which is located outside the first region and to which the first band, the second band, and the third band are connectable. The first band and the second band have a center point in the first region when the first band and the second band slide in a state of being connected to the second region. The support member includes a projection protruding toward the pressing portion on a third band side of the first region.

  • Publication number: 20230200825
Abstract: A hemostatic device is disclosed that includes: a pressing member configured to compress a patient's first puncture site; a first band body configured to be connectable to the pressing member; a second band body configured to be connectable to the pressing member; and a third band body configured to be connectable to the pressing member. The first band body has a first one end portion connected to the pressing member and having a first rotation axis and a free first other end portion. The second band body has a second one end portion connected to the pressing member and having a second rotation axis and a free second other end portion. The first band body and the second band body are configured to be rotatable about the first rotation axis and the second rotation axis so as to rotate toward or rotate away from the third band body.

  • Patent number: 11291805
Abstract: A medical elongated body and a medical elongated body set are constructed in a way that expedites medical instrument insertion into a tubular body lumen via a valve body. The medical elongated body includes a tubular body insertable into a body lumen, a hub having an internal space communicating with a lumen of the tubular body and disposed in a proximal portion of the tubular body, a valve body disposed in the internal space and having an insertion portion, and a cap member that fixes the valve body in the internal space by being attached to the valve body and has a proximal opening portion to communicate with the internal space via the insertion portion. The cap member has a marker portion that guides a medical instrument inserted into the tubular body to the valve body. The marker portion has a color distinguishable from a periphery of the marker portion.

  • Patent number: 10512532
Abstract: Provided is a method of treating inguinal hernia, in which a burden applied to a patient during treatment can be reduced. There is provided a method of treating inguinal hernia, in which a bowel is prevented from being exposed to an outside through a fascia. The method of treating inguinal hernia includes an introduction step of introducing a member configuring a structural body which restricts deformation of the bowel, through an anus toward a hernial site by using a transportation member; and a configuration step of configuring the structural body with respect to the bowel which stays medial to the fascia.

  • Patent number: 10172625
Abstract: A pressure adjustment unit of a hemostatic instrument includes a main container portion connected to a side of a balloon and an auxiliary balloon serving as an expansion member. The main container portion has, for example, air passing holes for permitting a portion of a fluid (air) to be expelled. A sliding member is installed at the main container portion and is movable along the main container portion from a state in which the air passing holes of the main container portion are blocked to a state in which one or more of the hole are open, and a moving body movable inside the main container portion to successively block the air passing holes opened by moving the sliding member.
