  • Publication number: 20250034845
Abstract: An abnormality diagnosis device for a planetary gear speed reducer includes a second vibration sensor attached to a housing of a hydraulic motor having an output shaft coupled to the planetary gear speed reducer. A controller computes a peak frequency Fm of the hydraulic motor and a speed of rotation of the hydraulic motor on the basis of second vibration data acquired through the second vibration sensor, compute, on the basis of the computed speed of rotation, the number of a plurality of gears included in the planetary gear speed reducer, and the number of teeth of each of the gears, characteristic frequencies fd of the plurality of gears, and determines presence or absence of abnormality in the plurality of gears on the basis of the peak frequency Fm of the hydraulic motor and amplitudes at the characteristic frequencies fd of first vibration data acquired through a first vibration sensor attached to the planetary gear speed reducer.

  • Patent number: 6126772
Abstract: An object is to peel off a disused resist from an article, e.g., a silicon wafer, with an adhesive sheet while preventing impurities contained in the adhesive sheet from transferring to the surface of the article, e.g., wafer, and from thus arousing electrical troubles resulting in problems such as decreases in the yield and reliability of the article. A method for resist removal comprising forming an adhesive layer on an article on which a resist is present and peeling the adhesive layer as a united sheet including the resist material from the article, characterized in that the adhesive layer has been regulated so as to have a modulus of elasticity of 1 Kg/mm.sup.2 or higher in the peeling, and an adhesive or an adhesive sheet both for use in the method.

  • Patent number: 5717386
Abstract: A multiplex communication system used in an automobile achieves a low-power-consumption operation of a plurality of child stations. The multiplex communication system includes a parent station having a judging unit for judging whether or not a present communication mode of the communication system corresponds to one of a normal communication mode and a low-power-consumption mode, and a control unit for controlling the parent station and a child station to enter either a normal or a low-power communication mode. The system also includes at least one child station having a first detection unit for detecting a normal operation condition of the child station, a second detection unit for detecting that no input signal is being supplied from the parent station to the child station, and a condition changing unit for changing a low-power consumption operation of the parent station into a normal operation condition based on outputs of the first and second detection units.

  • Patent number: 5554978
Abstract: A multiplex communication system for an automobile which achieves low-power-consumption operation of a plurality of child stations. The system includes a parent station having a judging element to judge whether a communication mode of the system corresponds to one of a normal communication mode and a low-power-consumption mode; at least a child station having a detection unit for detecting that the supply of power to the child station has commenced to produce a power-supply detection signal, and a compulsory condition changing unit for changing a present operation condition of the child station to a low-power-consumption state in response to the power-supply detection signal; and a communication line for connecting the parent station and the child station.

  • Patent number: 5116101
Abstract: A seat discomfort preventive device includes: a seat back capable of inclining in the fore-and-aft direction; a seat cushion capable of inclining in the fore-and-aft direction; a rocking control unit; and a drive mechanism for rocking at least one of the seat back and the seat cushion. The rocking control unit delivers a control signal in response to a start signal. In accordance with this control signal, the drive mechanism repeatedly rocks at least one of the seat back and the seat cushion with respect to a standard position depending on a sense of discomfort. The rocking control unit may include an inclining control unit. Additionally, a foot plate on which the feet of a passenger are rested is attached to the seat cushion.
