Abstract: A dynamic state management system capable of operating appropriately according to a health condition of a user. The dynamic state management system includes: a reading device provided around an entrance of a management area, the reading device reading identification information from an identifier of a user; and a determination device configured to determine whether or not to permit passage through the entrance based on the identification information read by the reading device and health condition information collected from a wearable terminal of a user corresponding to the identification information. By adopting this configuration, a determination is made in accordance with health condition information collected from a wearable terminal of a user. Therefore, the dynamic state management system can operate appropriately according to a health condition of a user.
