  • Publication number: 20250085002
Abstract: A heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) unit including a variable speed compressor, a VRF heat exchanger, and a reversing valve of a vapor compression circuit. In addition, the HVAC system includes an air handling unit (AHU) including an AHU heat exchanger of the vapor compression circuit. Furthermore, the HVAC system includes a housing, wherein the VRF unit and the AHU are disposed within the housing, and wherein the variable speed compressor is configured to circulate a refrigerant through the VRF heat exchanger and the AHU heat exchanger, and the reversing valve is configured to adjust a flow direction of the refrigerant through the vapor compression circuit to adjust operation of the HVAC system between a cooling operation mode and a heating operation mode.

  • Patent number: 12071608
Abstract: An interface for coupling a dissolved oxygen sensor to a single-use bioreactor container is provided. A dissolved oxygen (DO) window membrane is operably coupled to the single-use container and configured to position a DO sensor at least partially within the single-use container. In some embodiments, a DO window body mounts the DO window membrane at a distal end thereof. The DO window body can include a slide lock for facilitating positioning of a DO sensor within the DO window body. Additionally, the DO window body may include at least one heat exchange fin.

  • Publication number: 20220373496
Abstract: A process fluid connector for a single-use process fluid sensing system is provided. The process fluid connector includes a pair of process fluid connections, each process fluid connection being configured to couple to a cooperative process fluid coupling. A process fluid conduit section is operably coupled to each of the process fluid connections. A sensor attachment port is coupled to the process fluid conduit section and is configured to receive and mount a process fluid sensor. A retractable fluid chamber is coupled to the process fluid conduit section and configured to provides wet storage for sensing component(s) of the process fluid sensor. A process fluid sensing system using the process fluid connector is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20220373502
Abstract: A single-use electrochemical analytical sensor is provided. The sensor includes a sensing electrode configured to contact process fluid and a reference chamber containing an electrolyte. A reference electrode is disposed in the electrolyte. A reference junction is configured to contact the process fluid and is further configured to generate a flow of electrolyte into the process fluid. The reference chamber is configured to be stored in a depressurized state and then pressurized prior to operation. A method of operating a single-use electrochemical sensor is also provided.
