  • Patent number: 7874856
Abstract: An electrical power connection device is disclosed having a base socket, a power receiving means adapted to connect to a power source, and a plurality of socket modules. At least one socket module includes at least one electrical socket electrically interconnected with the power source. Each socket module is mechanically and adjustably engaged with at least one other socket module, whereby the device is expandable and compressible such that both small power plugs and larger AC adapters may be plugged into the electrical socket of each socket module.

  • Patent number: 7607928
Abstract: An electrical outlet strip is disclosed, the outlet strip comprised of a power source, such as a power cable, and a plurality of socket modules. At least one socket module includes at least one electrical socket electrically interconnected with the power source. Each socket module is mechanically and adjustably engaged with at least one other socket module, whereby the outlet strip is expandable and compressible such that both small power plugs and larger AC adapters may be plugged into the electrical socket of each socket module.

  • Patent number: 7494343
Abstract: Connector devices that provide multiple degrees of freedom of motion between a first connector head and additional connector heads and/or electronic devices are described. The multiple degrees of freedom of motion permit motion in one or both of two planes and, perhaps, rotation about an axis in a controlled and fixed manner. Such connector devices allow peripheral devices to be folded or rotated in close proximity to a hosting device. Connector devices that incorporate circuitry for implementing distribution/hub functionality are also described.

  • Patent number: 7435090
Abstract: An electrical connector is disclosed for conducting an electrical signal from a source, such as a video output device, to a destination, such as a video display device. The electrical connector includes a cable that has an outer sheath and contains at least one electrical conductor. An L-shaped plug is included that has a conduit therethrough for conveying each electrical conductor therethrough. A connector housing rotationally captures a proximal end of the plug and includes a jack electrically connected to at least one of the electrical conductors. The plug is preferably limited to rotation of approximately 270 degrees with respect to the connector housing, and includes a discernable detent every 90 degrees. As such, the cable may be rotated to any suitable position to facilitate the installation of the connector into the destination, but only through a limited arc.
