  • Publication number: 20230359782
Abstract: A method of making and a computer readable media having data readable by a fish finder are provided. The data includes a topographical fishing map usable by the fish finder to display bathymetric information regarding a body of water, and a number of water current flow simulations. Any of the number of simulations is selectable via the user input and usable by the fish finder to display water current flow as a layer on the bathymetric information regarding a body of water. Freshwater currents or saltwater tides may be provided in certain embodiments. The method includes inputting the bathymetric information from the topographical fishing map and current flow conditions to the processor, processing a hydrodynamic or tidal modeling program and storing the water current flow simulation as a user selectable layer on the media on which the topographical fishing map is stored.

  • Patent number: 10977818
Abstract: A method for deriving an image sensor's 3D pose estimate from a 2D scene image input includes at least one Machine Learning algorithm trained a priori to generate a 3D depth map estimate from the 2D image input, which is used in conjunction with physical attributes of the source imaging device to make an accurate estimate of the imaging device 3D location and orientation relative to the 3D content of the imaged scene. The system may optionally employ additional Machine Learning algorithms to recognize objects within the scene to further infer contextual information about the scene, such as the image sensor pose estimate relative to the floor plane or the gravity vector. The resultant refined imaging device localization data can be applied to static (picture) or dynamic (video), 2D or 3D images, and is useful in many applications, most specifically for the purposes of improving the realism and accuracy of primarily static, but also dynamic Augmented Reality (AR) applications.

  • Patent number: 10921045
Abstract: A roll-bonded evaporator is formed from a first sheet and a second sheet roll bonded together in face to face relationship with a conductive heater located between the sheets. A refrigerant passageway system is formed in unwelded areas where the first and second sheets are not roll bonded to one another thereby defining a refrigerant channel, a refrigerant inlet and a refrigerant outlet. A heater is preferably formed with a first end and a second end located between the refrigerant inlet and the refrigerant outlet at a proximate end of the evaporator. Alternatively, the conductive heater is formed in a path having the second end located at the distal end of the evaporator and passing through the first sheet at the distal end.
