Abstract: A cutting instrument includes a pair of pivotally coupled blades and a pair of handles attached to the blades respectively. One of the handles may be adjusted relative to one of the blades by a quick-release latching mechanism, for fitting the users' fingers of various sizes. The handle may include a slot for receiving the blade and may include a cam for locking the handle to the blade. The handle may also include a base and a cap adjustably secured to the base for forming a loop and for receiving fingers of various sizes.

Abstract: A tool holder includes a strip having a number of live hinges for allowing the strip to be folded to a housing having a base panel and a cover panel. Two or more bags for receiving tools are pivotally coupled to the strip at a live hinge for allowing the bags to be rotated relative to the strip. The strip includes one or more belts for securing the tool holder to the hand of the user. The cover panel may be engaged with the base panel for exposing the bags and may be folded to engage with the bags for stably retaining the tools in place.

Abstract: A tool includes a pair of levers having a middle portion pivotally coupled together at a pivot shaft and having a pair of blades formed in one end and having a pair of handles formed in the other end. The handles each includes an opening having a peripheral surface for engaging with a ring which may engage with and may protect the fingers of the user. The handles each includes a peripheral rib for engaging with the peripheral grooves of the rings and for securing the rings to the handles.
