Abstract: An active device array substrate includes a substrate, a pixel array, a plurality of terminals, and a plurality of leads. The pixel array is disposed on the substrate and includes a plurality of intersecting signal lines arranged in a mesh shape. The terminals are disposed on the substrate. The leads are disposed on the substrate. Each lead includes a plurality of line segments connected in series, and each terminal is connected between one of the line segments and one of the signal lines. Two angles exist between the edge of one line segment and the edge of another line segment connected to the line segment, and the angles are not equal to 180°.
