  • Publication number: 20240398883
Abstract: A Chinese medicine composition for treating lung cancer and a preparation method thereof. The Chinese medicine combination includes Bai Zhi (Angelica dahurica), Huang Qin (Scutellaria baicalensis), Ting Li Zi (Lepidium apetalum), Xing Ren (Apricot kernel), and Mang Xiao (Mirabilite). The content of each ingredients is measured by weight, with Bai Zhi ranging from 3 to 30 parts by weight, Huang Qin ranging from 3 to 30 parts by weight, Ting Li Zi ranging from 8 to 35 parts by weight, Xing Ren ranging from 5 to 30 parts by weight, and Mang Xiao ranging from 0.3 to 5 parts by weight. Cellular experiments have confirmed that when the Chinese medicine composition at an effective dosage of 1 to 100 ?g/ml is administered to the lung cancer cells in vitro, LC3-I/LC3-II proteins are induced to express, thereby triggering autophagy in the lung cancer cells to inhibit or reduce cell activity.

  • Patent number: 12113439
Abstract: An adjustable voltage regulator circuit, including a voltage conversion circuit, a voltage conversion controller, and a clock generator, is provided. The voltage conversion circuit receives an input voltage to generate an output voltage. The voltage conversion controller detects the output voltage, compares the output voltage with a reference voltage value, and outputs an enable signal based on a comparison result to control the voltage conversion circuit to adjust the output voltage. The clock generator generates a first clock signal and a second clock signal to respectively drive the voltage conversion circuit and the voltage conversion controller. The voltage conversion controller adjusts the enable signal to gradually adjust the output voltage to a predetermined voltage range.

  • Publication number: 20240266371
Abstract: Some embodiments relate to an integrated circuit including a plurality of floating diffusion regions ohmically connected to a common contact via a patterned conductive layer, obviating a need for individual contacts for each floating diffusion region. The integrated circuit includes a semiconductor substrate and an interconnect structure disposed over the semiconductor substrate. The interconnect structure includes a plurality of dielectric layers and a conductive layer that are stacked over one another in alternating fashion. A contact electrode is disposed over and in direct (e.g., direct and ohmic) contact with the conductive layer. The conductive layer is directly (e.g., directly and ohmically) connected to a respective surface of each of a plurality of floating diffusion regions. The respective surfaces connected by the conductive layer are co-planar with one another. Each floating diffusion region can be associated with a respective pixel of an array of pixels of an image sensor.

  • Publication number: 20240266375
Abstract: In some embodiments, the present disclosure relates to a method for forming an image sensor and associated device structure. A FDTI trench is formed from a frontside of a substrate between a first pixel region and a second pixel region and then filled to form a FDTI structure. A cap layer is formed over the FDTI structure overlying the first pixel region and the second pixel region of the substrate. A first photodiode is formed in the first pixel region and a second photodiode is formed in the second pixel region. A FD node is formed within the cap layer between the first pixel region and the second pixel region overlying the FDTI structure. The FD node may be shared by a group of pixel regions not separated by the FDTI structure, such that few metal contacts are needed and thus reduce parasitic capacitance issues of proximity metal contacts.

  • Publication number: 20240231021
Abstract: This is a type of pluggable optoelectronic transceiver that operates while immersed in cooling fluid for data transmission. The pluggable optoelectronic transceiver consists of an optical module, fluid separating colloid, and colloid separating cover. The fluid separating colloid serves to keep the cooling fluid separate from the optical module, while the colloid separating cover further ensures separation between the fluid separating colloid and the optical module. This design prevents the cooling fluid and the fluid separating colloid from infiltrating the optical module and affecting its operation.
