    Abstract: Apparatus and methods are disclosed herein for a reverse-connection STT MTJ element of a MRAM to overcome the source degeneration effect when switching the magnetization of the MTJ element from the parallel to the anti-parallel direction. A memory cell of a MRAM having a reverse-connection MTJ element includes a switching device having a source, a gate, and a drain, and a reverse-connection MTJ device having a free layer, a fixed layer, and an insulator layer interposed between the free layer and the fixed layer. The free layer of the reverse-connection MTJ device is connected to the drain of the switching device and the fixed layer is connected to a bit line (BL). The reverse-connection MTJ device applies the lower IMTJ capability of the memory cell caused by the source degeneration effect to the less stringent IMTJ(AP->P) while preserving the higher IMTJ capability for the more demanding IMTJ(P->AP).

The keyhole is normally blocked by the closed end of the movable body. The movable body can be rotated to align the hole with the keyhole and the key receiving hole. A block is fixed to the movable body and includes a through-hole extending along the axis. A manually rotatable linking rod extends through the through-hole and has an engaging portion for coupling a key received in the key receiving hole. The key can be moved into the keyhole by moving the linking rod along the axis and can be rotated for locking or unlocking operation.

    Abstract: An inner-rotor-type motor according to the preferred teachings of the present invention includes a housing, a stator, a rotor and a bearing seat. The stator is received in an assembly space of the housing. The rotor is rotatably positioned in the housing via a bearing and extends through a through-hole of the stator. The bearing seat includes a socket having a first recess and second recess and couples to the assembly opening of the assembly space. A stopper is at least a part of the upper wall of the socket and arranged between the first recess and the second recess. The bearing can pass through an end of the socket and be positioned in the first recess, while a circuit board can pass through another end of the socket and be positioned in the second recess. Accordingly, the assembly is simplified and the assembly convenience is improved.

The automatic brightness compensation method includes: providing a target value; detecting an operation period of a pulse of an output of the LED illuminant driving circuit, the pulse is adapted to an LED illuminant for making the light emitting; deciding a peak value according to the target value and the operation period; and setting a peak level of the pulse according to the peak value. The LED illuminant driving circuit and the automatic brightness compensation method thereof provides a stable average current/voltage to the LED illuminant and avoids brightness variations of the light emitting.

    Abstract: A carrier including a bottom plate, an intermediate cover, and a top cover for manufacturing a memory device is introduced herein. A printed circuit board is disposed on the bottom plate, and memory elements are arranged and disposed on the PCB. The intermediate cover is used to press peripheral regions of the printed circuit board, and to expose the regions where the memory elements are formed on the printed circuit board. The printed circuit board is closely attached to a surface of the bottom plate by fixing the intermediate cover. The top cover is used to cover the memory elements formed on the printed circuit board after some manufacturing processes, and by exerting an external force, the formed memory elements are clamped down, so as to protect the memory elements from being affected by the printed circuit board in the following thermal process due to the thermal stress deformation.

At the end of the first period, a white frame is displayed in a second period of time. At the end of the second period, the supply of a negative scan voltage is stopped and a white frame is displayed in a third period of time. At the end of the third period, the power is turned off.

The grinding layer is disposed on the surface, and part of the surface around the edge of the base material is exposed. The grinding layer has a plurality of first grooves and second grooves, and the first grooves cross the second grooves to define a plurality of grinding areas. The exposed part of the surface around the edge of the base material is located between the first grooves, the second grooves and the edge of the polishing pad. The polishing pad contains more grinding liquid, to clean the small grinded pieces. The grinding layer does not have an acute structure and is not easily peeled to form the small grinded pieces. Therefore, grinding quality and grinding effect are improved.
