An end of the rotating member is inserted into the accommodating space from the first end, wherein the operating portion is exposed out of the first end and the protruding portion is located in the accommodating space. The torsion springs is disposed in the accommodating space. Opposite ends of the torsion spring are connected to the rotating member and the casing. The sleeve assembly is disposed in the accommodating space and has an oblique guiding portion and a fixing hole. The resilient member is disposed between the sleeve assembly and the rotating member.
