  • Patent number: 7749121
Abstract: An improved structure of a transmission structure for an electrically operated bicycle, structured to include an electric mechanism and a pedal coaxially disposed on a pedal shaft of a bicycle. The present invention is characterized in that: a rotating shaft of the electric mechanism is a hollow tube that passes through two sides of the electric mechanism; the pedal shaft of the pedal mechanism penetrates and is disposed within the rotating shaft and is able to rotate therein; and the driving chain wheel is pivotal disposed on an outer side of the rotating shaft. One side of the driving chain wheel is coupled to the rotating shaft of the electric mechanism by means of a clutch, and the other side of the driving chain wheel is coupled to a pedal crank of the pedal mechanism by means of a unilateral bearing.

  • Patent number: 7273123
Abstract: An electric bicycle power structure includes a motor, a power exchange device and pedal interlocking shafts; and provides power through the motor or the pedaling pedal interlocking shafts, wherein the powerexchange device automatically switches between the motor and the pedal interlocking shafts to accomplish power saving effects. The power exchange device has a planet decelerating mechanism, a clutch and a chain wheel cover. The power exchange device is located between the motor and the pedal interlocking shaft and is capable of directly switching between these power generating devices. A chain is used to impel the gear and wheel at the chain wheel cover, and an existing transmission gear of the bicycle is employed for accomplishing transmission effects, thereby decreasing numbers of parts without changing designs of the bicycle to further reduce production costs.

  • Patent number: 7074095
Abstract: A car battery post fixing structure for installation on a car battery post structure enables facilitating connection with terminals of a car electrical system. The invention includes a fixing cap and a cap nut, wherein a screw thread is configured on an outside wall of the fixing cap, which allows the cap nut to screw down thereon. Furthermore, a screw thread is in an inverse direction to that of the screw thread of the outside wall, is configured on an inside wall of the fixing cap, moreover, a plurality of grooves are defined on a side edge of an opening of a bottom portion of the fixing cap. An extended screw is configured on a top portion of the fixing cap, and when installing, rigid tightening of the fixing cap onto a battery post is realized, which not only achieves convenience in installing, moreover, provides greater safety.
