    Abstract: The present invention provides a driving circuit and a display device. The driving circuit is disposed on a substrate of the display device. The driving circuit includes thin film transistors (TFTs), a capacitor and clock signal lines. Each of the TFTs includes a gate, a source and a drain. The capacitor is coupled to at least one of the TFTs, and includes a first and a second electrode. The material of the first and the second electrode includes a transparent conductive material. The clock signal lines extend along a first direction. The source and the drain of at least two of the TFTs respectively extend along a second direction. The angle between the first direction and the second direction is between 80 degrees and 100 degrees. At least a partial structure of the capacitor is located in a gap between adjacent ones of the TFTs.

    Abstract: A shift register and a display device are provided. The shift register includes a pre-charge unit, a pull-up unit, a first pull-down unit and a second pull-down unit. The pre-charge unit receives first and second input signals, and outputs a pre-charge signal via a first node. The pull-up unit receives the pre-charge signal and a clock signal, and outputs a scanning signal via a second node. The first pull-down unit receives the pre-charge signal, first and second pull-down control signals, and controls whether to pull-down the scanning signal to a reference voltage level. The second pull-down unit receives the pre-charge signal and first and second pull-down control signals, and controls whether to keep the scanning signal at the reference voltage level. The period of the first second pull-down control signal and the period of the second pull-down control signal are in a range from 12 frames to 180 frames.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal panel includes a plurality of pixel units, each of which include gating lines, data lines, a pixel electrode and a thin film transistor (TFT). Common electrodes of first pixel units in a same row are electrically connected via a first common line, and common electrodes of second pixel units in the same row are electrically connected via a second common line. The first common line is connected with a first common voltage and the second common voltage is connected with a second common voltage. The first common voltage and the second common voltage are alternating current voltages and have opposite polarities in the same frame. The liquid crystal panel can decrease power consumption of a source driver and lower cost of the liquid crystal panel.

The first sub-pixel is connected to a first scanning line of the two adjacent scanning lines, the second sub-pixel includes a compensation capacitor, which is coupled to a second scanning line of the two adjacent scanning lines. Thereby a voltage difference can be maintained between the two sub-pixels under the same driving condition, and the voltage difference can be easily adjusted by suitably changing the waveforms of scanning drive signals on the scanning lines.

According to the invention, it is not necessary to provide the array substrate with additional space for disposing repair lines, and the non-display region is therefore not increased, resulting in an increased yield. A method of repairing the array substrate and a liquid crystal display using the array substrate are also provided. According to the invention, the test line can be used as a part of a repair circuit for repair of the data lines, thereby greatly decreasing non-display area.
