Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and processor-readable storage media for automatically provisioning databases in a metaverse are provided herein. An example computer-implemented method includes processing data, input associated with at least one avatar in at least one metaverse, pertaining to provisioning one or more databases in connection with the at least one metaverse; provisioning at least one of the one or more databases based at least in part on the processing of the data pertaining to provisioning one or more databases in connection with the at least one metaverse; rendering a three-dimensional model representation of the at least one provisioned database in the at least one metaverse; and performing one or more automated actions based at least in part on one or more avatar actions carried out in connection with the rendered three-dimensional model representation of the at least one provisioned database in the at least one metaverse.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and processor-readable storage media for server classification using machine learning techniques are provided herein. An example computer-implemented method includes obtaining, from at least one data source, data pertaining to server activity attributed to one or more servers; processing at least a portion of the obtained data using one or more rule-based analyses; selecting at least a particular machine learning classification algorithm from a set of multiple machine learning classification algorithms, based at least in part on results from the processing and one or more portions of the obtained data; classifying an activity level of at least a portion of the one or more servers by processing at least a portion of the obtained data using the selected machine learning classification algorithm; and performing at least one automated action based at least in part on results of the classifying.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of deriving endothelial cells, comprising (a) culturing lateral plate mesoderm cells under oxygen-deprived condition to obtain endothelial lineage cells; and (b) culturing endothelial cells from (a) on an extracellular matrix to maintain and expand the endothelial lineage cells. Also disclosed herein is a cell co-culture system comprising an endothelial cell culture and a hepatocyte cell culture, as well as a microfluidic-based system comprising said cell co-culture system. Also disclosed herein is a method of disease modelling or drug testing using said cell co-culture system or said microfluidic-based system.

Abstract: A desktop system having a detachable flat panel display is described herein. In one embodiment, a desktop system example includes a desktop chassis enclosing a desktop computer and a flat panel display (FPD) device, where the FPD device is non-fixedly attached to a surface of the desktop chassis. The FPD device includes a display panel capable of rotating in at least two dimensions with respect to the surface of the desktop chassis. Other methods and apparatuses are also described.
