  • Patent number: 9901015
Abstract: A display device includes a casing, a display panel, a transparent plate, a fan, a humidity sensor, a first temperature sensor, a second temperature sensor and a processing unit. The casing includes a front bezel with an opening. The display panel is disposed on a first side of the opening and the transparent plate is disposed on a second side of the opening such that a space is formed between the display panel and the transparent plate. The humidity sensor is configured for sensing a humidity of the space. The first temperature sensor is configured for sensing a first temperature of the space. The second temperature sensor is configured for sensing a second temperature of the transparent plate. When the processing unit determines that the humidity, the first temperature and the second temperature meet a predetermined relationship, the processing unit increases a rotational speed of the fan.

  • Patent number: 6923728
Abstract: A golf club face impact alignment device includes a light emitting unit and a light sensing unit. The light emitting unit includes a first light emitting device, a second light emitting device, a power source and an emitting case. The first and second light emitting devices and the power source are retained in the emitting housing. The light emitting unit is attached to the club face of a golf club. The light sensing unit includes a first sensing unit, a second sensing unit and a base. The first and second sensing units are secured to the base. Each sensing unit preferably includes at least one photocell and a sensing case. The golf club is swung between the first and second sensing units. Light emitting from each end of the light emitting unit must be detected by the first and second light sensing units to activate an indication device.

  • Patent number: 6739981
Abstract: A golf club angular orientation indicating device includes an indicator housing, a switch plate and a shaft clamp. The shaft clamp is slidably received by the indicator housing. An orientation bore is formed in the indicator housing to receive the switch plate. The switch plate is retained on one end by the indicator housing and on the other end by a power plate. The switch plate includes at least two tilt switches mounted on at least two spring loaded pivot plates. A hold down bolt is used to adjust the angular orientation of the at least two tilt switches. Power is preferably supplied to the at least two tilt switches through at least one battery and an on-off switch. Closing the circuit of the at least two tilt switches will supply power to a light emitting device and/or a sound emitting device.

  • Patent number: 6699138
Abstract: A golf swing indication device includes a base plate, a rotary tilt switch unit, an indication device, and-a mounting device. The rotary tilt switch unit is pivotally attached to a top of the base plate. The tilt switch is mounted to the rotary base such that the center line of the tilt switch passes through the center line of the pivot point of the rotary tilt switch unit. Preferably, an on-off switch and a battery are mounted to the top of the base plate. The indication device is preferably mounted on a front of the base plate adjacent the blind bore. The golf swing indication device is set for distance by rotating the rotary tilt switch unit. As the golfer takes a swing, the indication device should not emit light or sound at any point during the swing.

  • Patent number: 6458038
Abstract: A golf putting indication device includes a light emitting golf putter, a light sensing unit, and a display unit. The light emitting golf putter includes a light beam which projects from a strike face of the light emitting golf putter. The light sensing unit includes a plurality of photocells. Each photocell is housed in a tubular compartment. The display unit contains a plurality of light emitting devices. The number of light emitting devices corresponds to the number of photocells. Each photocell is electrically connected to a battery and to a single light emitting device. When a photocell is struck with the beam of light, the photocell's respective light emitting device emits light. In use, a golfer practices swinging the light emitting golf putter such that the light beam only enters one of the tubular compartments.

  • Patent number: 6398663
Abstract: The present invention 10 discloses a golf club 12 having a canister-like housing 46 attached thereto. The housing 46 contains a group of mercury switches 58, 59 mounted internally on a pair of rotatable platforms 46 between two discs 60 which discs are connected to a rotational dial member 48 having a scale of degrees 52 displayed thereon. The rotational dial member 48 functions with a number of fixedly connected elements in concert with the mercury switches 58, 59 to selectively actuate a plurality of LED's 16 which LED's indicate the physical relationship of the golf club 12 with a fixed object, e.g., the ground, so that the golfer 18 can practice his/her golf swing.
