  • Patent number: 10817409
Abstract: A system, method and computer-readable medium for testing a service-based application identifies a set of use cases for the service-based application. Each use case in the set is mapped to a test case to generate a first set of test cases. Each of the test cases is refined to generate an updated set of test cases and the updated set of test cases is executed.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: January 4, 2019
Date of Patent: October 27, 2020
    Assignee: AT&T Intellectual Property I, L.P.
Inventors: Xiangwei Zeng, Teh-Hsin Wu, Zhenzhen Wang
  • Patent number: 10523542
Abstract: A first integrated cloud is identified in a self-driven testing platform. The interoperability of the first integrated cloud with a plurality of other integrated clouds is tested. A service chain to verify a service chain path connectivity between the first integrated cloud and the plurality of other integrated clouds is created. Performance of the service chain is determined as is whether the service chain performance meets a benchmark requirement. If the service chain performance does not meet the benchmark requirement, service chain inventory data and adjacent neighbor connection information is retrieved. Real time network configuration data from the first integrated cloud and the plurality of other integrated clouds is retrieved and any mismatched network configuration data is compared and corrected.

  • Patent number: 7860023
Abstract: Systems and methods are described that that analyze Layer 2 network performance and identify problems without having to disrupt customer service. Embodiments employ a two-phase approach to identify network problems. For an ingress switch, embodiments monitor frame relay Management Information Base (MIB) port and channel objects. A trouble ticket with various test results may be issued and a network work center notified with recommendations that include switch checking, network checking, Layer 1 access testing and network connectivity testing.
