The retaining cap further comprises a cell for powering the base unit, one or more electrical contact terminals for coupling the cell and the one or more contact points for providing an electrical connection to the base unit, and a locking mechanism for locking the retaining cap to the base unit and for sealing the electrical connection to the base unit.
