    Abstract: Access restrictions are enforced for fine-tuning a machine learning model. A request to fine tune a machine learning model is received. The machine learning model may be subject to provider access restrictions. Tuning data for fine-tuning the machine learning model may be subject to consumer access restrictions. Fine-tuning may be performed that enforces both the provider access restrictions and consumer access restrictions to generate a tuned set of weights that are combinable with weights of the trained machine learning model to perform inferences as a fine-tuned machine learning model.
