The rear panel having a horizontal bottom edge and a horizontal strap extending from each side of the horizontal bottom edge for connecting the rear panel to the front panel. The adjustable shoulder panel having a first end and a second end, and a weight affixed to the adjustable shoulder panel at a location is which is closer to the second end of the adjustable shoulder panel than to the first end of the adjustable shoulder panel.
