A balloon closure plate made from an elastic plastic material which may be filled with a gas or a curable liquid is implanted via a small incision on the left side of the chest, enters the left ventricle via the apex, and is placed and fixed at a backflow hole position of a front and rear leaflet closure point of the mitral valve. The present disclosure treats diseases such as functional mitral valve regurgitation, and the success rate for repairing functional mitral valve backflow is more than 90%.
