    Abstract: This application discloses a flexible circuit board which has a first area and a second area. A reference layer of the flexible circuit board is located in the first area, and the reference layer and a signal layer are stacked. A first shielding layer is located in the first area, and the first shielding layer is stacked on a side of the signal layer that faces away from the reference layer. A second shielding layer is located in the second area, and the second shielding layer and the signal layer are stacked. A first ground trace is electrically connected to the first shielding layer and the reference layer. The first ground trace is further electrically connected to the second shielding layer. A return signal in the signal layer flows from the second shielding layer to the first shielding layer and the reference layer located.

    Abstract: A circuit adaptive zero-voltage switching control method based on switch transistor electroluminescence, an electroluminescence detection circuit, and an assembly structure thereof. Switching status is detected based on an electroluminescence effect, and gate switching of a device is autonomously controlled, implementing adaptive zero-voltage switching operation under both steady-state and transient-state loading conditions. Two signal receiving and amplifying assemblies are used in a differential mode in the detection circuit, to increase a signal-to-noise ratio of the electroluminescence detection circuit with an ultra-high amplification gain. A first silicon photomultiplier of a first signal receiving and amplifying assembly is close to a to-be-detected switch transistor die in a power module of an embedded printed circuit board and can sense electroluminescence in the switch transistor die.

The manufacturing process includes obtaining a resonator substrate from fused quartz material, and further includes the steps of model design, mass trimming, assembly and packaging, and testing and compensation. A shaft system dynamic balancing and polishing process is introduced into the manufacturing process, a windowing structure is arranged on the resonator substrate, and a balancing module is configured to release balancing flow to an inner surface of the resonator substrate, so that the dynamic balance is achieved, the polishing operation on the inner surface is completed through the polishing flow, and the effects of the trimming operation is more precisely predicted and evaluated. This method not only enhances trimming accuracy, but also reduces potential performance losses caused by over-trimming or under-trimming.
