  • Patent number: 8444310
Abstract: A LED module with fast disassembly function is capable of being disassembled from a hole of a substrate by a tool and includes a lamp base, a LED and fasteners. The lamp base has tabs extending outwards. Each of the tabs is provided with a through-hole corresponding to the hole. The tab is formed with an inclined surface at the periphery of the through-hole. The LED is fixed on the lamp base. Each of the fasteners has a cap. The fastener is disposed through the hole and the through-hole to be fixed thereto. A notch is formed between the cap and the inclined surface. The tool is disposed in the notch to thereby disassemble the fastener from the hole and the through-hole. With this arrangement, the damaged LED can be detached from the substrate rapidly without replacing the whole LED module, thereby reducing the time and cost for maintenance.

  • Publication number: 20080318463
Abstract: A loose-proof connector includes a screwing sleeve and a connecting body. The screwing sleeve is an annular body and has a circular through hole. The inner wall of the circular through hole is provided with a plurality of recessed arcs that are arranged circumferentially. The connecting body is inserted into the circular through hole of the screwing sleeve. An annular band of the connecting body is provided with protruding arcs to correspond to each recessed arc. The protruding arcs oppose to the any one of the recessed arcs and thus are adjacent thereto. Via this arrangement, the protruding arcs can bounce between any two adjacent recessed arcs, thereby generating a locking effect, and thus the loose-proof effect can be surely achieved.

  • Publication number: 20060166554
Abstract: A waterproof device for an electrical connector includes a sleeve for containing a plug at front end thereof and having a resilient tightening section at another end thereof. A waterproof element is arranged in the resilient tightening section. A bolting cap is arranged on the outer end of the sleeve and tightens a peripheral of the waterproof element. Therefore, the waterproof element also tightens a cable of the plug. Therefore, the waterproof element wraps or caps one end of the cable and is compressed by the bolting cap to quickly assemble the waterproof device.

  • Patent number: 7037131
Abstract: An adjustable locking device includes a main body, at least a link structure, and at least a buckling device. The main body includes a connection portion. The connection portion provides one end of the link structure to connect thereon. The link structure includes a link element and an adjusting element connected to the link element. The link element provides a buckling device to pivotally connect thereon. The buckling device includes an actuating element and a buckling element. The actuating element and the buckling element are mutually connected, whereby the link structure can be moved within the connection portion of the main body, so as to change the position of the buckling device. The connection tightness between the main body and the connection port is thus enhanced.

  • Patent number: 6676427
Abstract: A housing structure of a connector having a plurality of parallel terminal channels formed on two lateral sides and separated from each other by ribs. A central portion of the housing is recessed to form a hollow section. The periphery of the hollow section is formed with a spacing section for separating the hollow section from the respective terminal channels and ribs. At least one central rib is longitudinally formed in the hollow section. Two sides of the central rib are formed with multiple laterally extending reinforcing ribs opposite to each other. The reinforcing ribs connect the central rib with the spacing section. An end section of each reinforcing rib connecting with the spacing section is tapered to form a narrowed section.

  • Publication number: 20030224647
Abstract: Housing structure of a burn-in socket. Multiple densely and parallelly arranged core pins are respectively disposed the mold of the housing on two sides thereof. At least one filling member is plugged between the core pins. After molded, two lateral sides of the housing are formed with multiple densely arranged terminal channels separated from each other by ribs. A middle portion of each rib is formed with at least one notch. By means of plugging the filling member between the core pins, the rigidity of the core pins is enhanced to prevent the core pins from being bent and deformed so as to ensure precise width of the terminal channels and thickness of the ribs and thus ensure good quality of the product. Moreover, the flowability of the injected material flowing into the fine gaps between the core pins can be enhanced. Also, the injection pressure can be reduced to minimize damage of the mold.
