The second fluid connector is used to engage the first fluid connector in a first direction to form a fluid channel. The second assembly includes a main body, a guide structure, and a cushioning resilient member. The fastening member is located on the main body. The guide structure is located on the main body, and the second fluid connector is fixed on the guide structure. The cushioning resilient member is connected to the guide structure to provide a buffer displacement of the second fluid connector along the second direction when the first and second fluid connectors are joined, wherein an included angle is formed between the second direction and the first direction.

The method includes: sending identification information of a vehicle to a first server; receiving first motion track information sent by the first server based on the identification information, where the first motion track information includes motion track information of a mechanical arm for calibration of a first to-be-calibrated device in the vehicle; and controlling, based on the first motion track information, the mechanical arm to calibrate the first to-be-calibrated device. The technical solutions in embodiments of this application may be applied to calibration of an intelligent vehicle or an electric vehicle.     Abstract: The invention discloses a fusion protein and its preparation method for intermediate polypeptide of Semaglutide. The invention belongs to the technical field of genetic engineering and polypeptide preparation. The fusion protein comprises a fusion peptide, a protease cleavage site and a target main molecular sequence. By optimizing the fusion peptide sequence, changing the isoelectric point and hydrophilicity of the protein, the highest expression of the fusion protein is effectively increased to 13.1 g/L. Meanwhile, the properties of fusion protein are also improved, which is conducive to the development of subsequent extraction, enzyme digestion and purification processes. The yield of intermediate polypeptide after enzyme digestion is 3.62 g/L. The production cost of Semaglutide intermediate polypeptide Arg34GLP-1(9-37) is reduced from the source, which is conducive to industrial scale-up and suitable for industrial production.

A short rod of a selected L shape spanner is be inserted into the cylinder of the spanner retaining hole so that a long rod protrudes from the spanner through hole so as to be formed with an L shape spanner with a T shape auxiliary handle; only one handle can match with L shape spanner of different size. The auxiliary handle can be varied easily by assembly and can be operated easily.

The mounting is flanked by a graded hole which includes a chain of individually sized conterminous hexagonal holes to accommodate engagement by any of a number of differently sized hexagonal spanners, and in such case, the axis on the other side of such any hexagonal spanner will be just aligned to the axis of the sleeving, so that once the sleeving is engaged with the coupling adaptor on the part of the prime speed spanner, the L-shape hexagonal spanner may be readily rotated by manual operation with respect to the prime speed spanner.
