  • Patent number: 10316953
Abstract: An assembly of a lubrication system for fluid machinery includes a transmission shaft, an oil-injection insulating ring and a labyrinth ring. The transmission shaft defines axially power and passive sides. The power side includes a body unit having first and second bearings. The oil-injection insulating ring located between the first and second bearings sleeves the transmission shaft and connects a fuel-supply looping having outer and inner rings. The outer ring has at least one first hole communicatively connected with the fuel-supply looping. The labyrinth ring having first and second axial ends has outer diameters tapering from the second axial end to the first axial end. The first and second axial ends face the power and passive sides, respectively. A circumference of the labyrinth ring includes circular grooves to form a circumferential step-like structure. The labyrinth ring sleeves the transmission shaft and is embedded into the body unit.

  • Patent number: 9388815
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a multiple-capacity centrifugal compressor, which includes a plurality of capacity-control mechanisms. Each of the capacity-control mechanisms includes an inlet guide vane and an outlet diffuser, so that the multiple-capacity centrifugal compressor provides a flexible control strategy. In addition, the present disclosure further provides a method for controlling the multiple-capacity centrifugal compressor that effectively adjusts and controls the capacity-control mechanisms by coarsely adjusting the inlet guide vanes and combined with subsequently adjusting the outlet diffusers.

  • Patent number: 8113799
Abstract: A magnetic-gas bearing disposed in a compressor is provided. The magnetic-gas bearing includes an axis, multiple magnetic elements, multiple magnetic coils and a static pressure gas restrictor. The magnetic elements encircle the axis, and each magnetic element has two ends wound around by the magnetic coils respectively, such that the two ends of each magnetic element form a first magnetic pole and a second magnetic pole respectively. The static pressure gas restrictor encircles the axis and has a jet opening, such that the gas pass through the jet opening to form a gas-film between the static pressure gas restrictor and the axis. Besides, an oil-free centrifugal blade compressor including the magnetic-gas bearing mentioned above is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20070114707
Abstract: A wire rope vibration isolator is adapted to separate vibrations, mitigate impacts and reduce structural noises and includes a first fixed seat, a second fixed seat and a plurality of wire ropes. The wire ropes are separated from each other and respectively disposed between the first fixed seat and the second fixed seat. Moreover, the wire rope vibration isolator has a good damping effect in three-D directions to increase reliability and stability for precision machinery or products in working or moving processes, and the wire rope vibration isolator can reduce high-frequency noises. Hence, the wire rope vibration is safe and reliable, when it bears great impacts. Furthermore, the wire rope vibration isolator is easily assembled and used.
