  • Publication number: 20240111576
Abstract: The subject invention pertains to systems, methods, and devices to provide improved teamwork guidelines for collaborators in geographic simulation experiments, whereby the collaborators can be led to participate in the geographic simulation tasks according to the teamwork guideline and be instructed to implement the simulation tasks to achieve their goals. The invention can automatically recommend appropriate geographic simulation schemes for specific geographic problems and communicate simulation task information and dependencies. Novel guide cards can instruct teamwork in geographic simulation experiments. Thus, the cards can advantageously instruct, promote, or guide teamwork in geographic simulation experiments and enhance the efficiency of geographic problem-solving.

  • Publication number: 20240063017
Abstract: The invention provides a photoresist coating method, which comprises the following steps: providing a wafer with a pattern on the wafer, placing the wafer on a spinner, injecting a photoresist on a central region of the wafer from a nozzle, and carrying out a spin coating step, the spin coating step comprises: turning on the spinner to rotate the spinner to a first rotation speed, and raising the first rotation speed to a second rotation speed, and performing a plurality of brakes during the process of maintaining the second rotation speed, so that the second rotation speed instantly drops to a third rotation speed, and then rises to the second rotation speed again.

  • Patent number: 10002469
Abstract: Provided herein are inclinometer methods and systems for generating an in-vehicle inclination angle (?r). An inclinometer method can include measuring an acceleration ({dot over (?)}) of a vehicle or a vehicle member, measuring a pitch angular velocity (q) of a computer, measuring a longitudinal accelerometer signal (ax,S) of the computer, generating an in-vehicle pitch angle (?) of the vehicle or the vehicle member, calibrating an inclinometer-vehicle relative misalignment pitch offset angle (?p) of the vehicle or the vehicle member comprising a stationary-mode or a dynamic-mode, and generating an in-vehicle inclination angle (?r) of the vehicle or the vehicle member.
