    Abstract: A high-capacity battery comprises an enclosure, a group of battery cells arranged inside the enclosure, and cover plates arranged on two opposite sides of the enclosure. The cover plates serve as positive and negative poles of the battery. The group of battery cells are composed of a plurality of battery cells with similar performance, which are grouped by capacity, voltage, internal resistance, and self-discharge, etc., and connected in shunt, and all battery cells in the group share the same electrolyte system. The pole lugs of the group of battery cells are connected to the cover plates, and the cover plates are connected to the enclosure in an insulated and sealed manner.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a high-capacity battery manufacturing method and a high-capacity battery, which mainly solve the problems of poor consistency, unstable performance and poor overall working performance of existing high-capacity lithium batteries. The method comprises: assembling coiled or laminated units that make up high-capacity battery cells into battery cells individually, carrying out formation and capacity grading of the battery cells, grouping the battery cells according to one or more of their capacity, internal resistance, voltage and self-discharge, connecting the battery cells in the same group in shunt, loading the battery cells in the same group into a high-capacity battery pack, and then carrying out secondary electrolyte injection, sealing, aging and capacity grading of the high-capacity battery pack. According to the present application, battery cell formation and capacity grading are carried out after primary electrolyte injection.

The fire extinguishing composition uses a pyrotechnic agent as a heat source and a power source. A high temperature in combustion of the pyrotechnic agent enables the fire extinguishing composition to decompose or react under heat; produced fire extinguishing substances are sprayed out together with the pyrotechnic agent, thereby achieving a fire extinguishing objective. In the fire extinguishing composition, by selecting preferable components and optimizing contents of the components, an optimum formula of the fire extinguishing composition is determined, thereby greatly improving the efficacy of the fire extinguishing composition. In addition, efficacies of the components in the fire extinguishing composition are fully utilized, which improves an effective utilization rate of the fire extinguishing composition.

The fire-extinguishing composition releases a great quantity of active fire-extinguishing particles by making use of the heat generated from combustion of a pyrotechnic agent. Compared to that in the prior art, with the segment thread design for screwing the jet nozzle to the enclosure, the time required for removing the jet nozzle can be reduced significantly, and therefore the apparatus in the present invention has much better safety feature against accidents.

Compared to that in the prior art, the apparatus is delicate and easy to install, and is suitable for quick local fire suppression, and can get twice the result with half the effort in such applications.
