  • Patent number: 11876301
Abstract: An antenna control device includes a weight unit in which weight values to be superimposed on transmission/reception signals are set for forming radiation patterns using a plurality of antennas and a weight synthesis unit that superposes the weight values on the transmission/reception signals. The antenna control device further includes an arrival direction detector that detects arrival directions of the reception signals, a distribution information calculator that calculates distribution information of the detected arrival directions, a signal quality calculator that calculates signal quality information of each of the radiation patterns, and a radiation pattern selector that selects a radiation pattern on the basis of the distribution information and signal quality information for the radiation patterns, and sets the weight values corresponding to the selected radiation pattern in the weight unit.

    Assignee: HITACHI KOKUSAI ELECTRIC INC.
Inventors: Satoru Yasui, Takahito Ishii, Keiju Ito, Teppei Shoji, Koji Yotsumoto

  • Patent number: 8848828
Abstract: A distortion compensation circuit for compensating for the distortion characteristics of an amplifier, includes a distortion compensating coefficient calculating element and a distortion compensating operation element. The distortion compensating coefficient calculating element calculates a distortion compensating coefficient to be used for compensation of the distortion characteristics by comparing an input signal with the output signal amplified by the amplifier. The distortion compensating operation element performs a distortion compensating operation on the input signal, using a variably set bit format and the distortion compensating coefficient calculated by the distortion compensating coefficient calculating element.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 3, 2009
Date of Patent: September 30, 2014
Assignees: NEC Corporation, Hitachi Kokusai Electric Inc.
    Inventors: Junya Ashita, Teppei Shoji

  • Publication number: 20090082046
Abstract: In radiocommunication equipment that allocates communication resource regions to be used for communication with equipment of a communicating party, the number of communication resource regions to be allocated to the communicating party is satisfactorily ensured for each communicating party. An inherent information acquisition unit acquires information inherent to each piece of equipment of a communicating party. A number-of-resources information acquisition unit acquires information that specifies the number of communication resource regions to be reserved for communication with equipment of a communicating party. An association memory unit stores the association of the inherent information with the information specifying the number of communication resource regions to be reserved.
