  • Publication number: 20080263832
Abstract: The present invention relates to a reactor for mixing and reacting two or more fluids as well as transferring heat between said fluids. Said reactor comprises a pressure vessel (g) having at least one inlet and one outlet and which enclose a multi-channel monolithic structure (f), a manifold assembly (b) sealed to one end of said structure where the channel openings are, for feeding fluid to said structure and discharging fluid from said structure, a means (h) sealed to the opposite end of said structure where said manifold assembly is sealed, for changing the direction of fluid flow path 180 degrees when said flow leaves the channels in said structure. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method for operating said reactor.

  • Patent number: 7341706
Abstract: The invention concerns a simple and cheap method for production of microporous crystalline metalloaluminiumphosphates (ELAPO) for use as adsorbent or catalyst by wholly or partially filling the pores of particles containing aluminum phosphate (AIPO) with an aqueous mixture containing an active source of metal and an organic structure directing agent and perform crystallization at elevated temperature under autogenous pressure to form crystals of ELAPO.

  • Patent number: 7341707
Abstract: The invention concerns a method for production of microporous crystalline metalloaluminium phosphates (ELAPO) based adsorbents or catalysts by in-situ crystallisation of ELAPO inside a formed body. First the formed body containing aluminium phosphate (AIPO) and binder is prepared, thereafter the organic structure directing agent, EL source and water are added and finally ELAPO is crystallised in-situ at elevated temperature and pressure, while keeping the shape and size of the formed body.

  • Patent number: 6716791
Abstract: The present invention relates to a catalyst for the synthesis of ammonia from hydrogen and nitrogen consisting of iron oxides and promoters where the promoters comprise oxides of both cobalt and titanium in addition to Al, K, Ca and Mg oxides, and where the concentration of cobalt is between 0.1% and 3.0% by weight of metal and the concentration of titanium is between 0.1% and 1.0% by weight of metal.

  • Patent number: 6334994
Abstract: Microporous crystalline silico-alumino-phosphate (SAPO) compositions, catalytic materials comprising the composition, and use of these for production of olefins from methanol. The catalysts contain silico-alumino-phosphate materials with AEI/CHA-mixed phase composition. The catalysts have prolonged life compared to those belonging to the prior art.
