Abstract: The extremity medical device waterproof cover disclosed herein may comprise a waterproof extremity cover combined with digit covers and a plurality of traction pads to provide a user with a waterproof environment for their medical device and additional grip for their hands or feet. The extremity medical device waterproof cover may comprise any appropriate flexible, resilient, and waterproof material and may attach securely to a user's arm or leg by an appropriate cuff. The device is designed to overcome the shortcomings in the prior art, which specifically include the lack of ability to grip objects with the hand while wearing a cast cover or reducing the risk of slipping and falling while wearing such a cover on the foot.
