    Abstract: A push tab container assembly includes a container and a lid configured to mate with the container in an unlocked state and in a locked state. The container includes a push tab assembly having a locking member defining a ramped surface and ending at a locking edge. The locking edge is vertically oriented with respect to the ramped surface and is tapered as it extends radially inwardly. The container has exactly one external container thread positioned on an external surface and at least one internal thread positioned on an internal surface. The lid has at least one locking lug positioned on an internal surface of a second skirt. The locking lug has a lug edge that tapers as it extends radially inwardly. When the lid is operably oriented relative to the container in the unlocked state, the external lid thread is mated with the internal container thread.

    Abstract: A lockable pill container includes a main body defining a plurality of compartments, and a plurality of lid members that are moveable relative to the compartments between a closed position at least partially covering an opening into the compartments and an open position. Each lid member includes a first engagement member that extends into the main body when the lid member is in the closed position. The container also includes an elongate second engagement member configured to move between a first position engaging the first engagement members and a second position disengaged from the first engagement members. A biasing member is positioned between a first end of the second engagement member and the main body to provide a biasing force that biases the second engagement member into the first position. The second engagement member also includes a contact surface at a second end thereof for engagement by a user to move the second locking member against the biasing force.

    Abstract: A construction for holding medication includes a container with at least one compartment having a storage interior and a control device held by the container. The control device includes a timer and an alarm construction. The time activates the alarm construction at a select time interval. The timer includes a rotatable dial, in which the rotatable dial is selectively movable to indicate the selected time interval. The container includes a surrounding side wall and a base. The wall is secured to the base that is spaced no more than a few millimeters from the base to define a storage groove therebetween. The storage groove may contain a sheet of paper with medication identification and instructions.
