Abstract: Methods and systems for facilitating collaboration among a plurality of geographically dispersed participants incorporating at least one of unstructured and structured data from the participants are disclosed. The unstructured and/or structured data may be synchronized from portable and other electronic devices to an online portal and may be normalized to facilitate collaboration via the online portal by other participants as well as additional processing by other legacy business software. The electronic device may include, for example, a smart pen or a smart phone or a desktop/laptop computer. The collaboration and additional processing may include, among others, at least one of searching, analyzing, coaching, sharing, auditing, business intelligence analysis, and business process application.

Abstract: A wheelchair lift for use in conjunction with a vehicle having a floor. The lift includes a power actuating system, a platform assembly having first and second platform sections, and a linking assembly connecting the power actuating system to the platform assembly. The linking assembly includes first and second vertical arms connected to the platform assembly. The platform assembly is movable between a fully extended configuration, a pre-stowed position and a stowed position. The first and second vertical arms are a first distance apart when the platform assembly is in the fully extended configuration and the pre-stowed position and a second distance apart when the platform assembly is in the stowed position. The second distance is less than the first distance.

Abstract: A data capture terminal is disclosed which is particularly applicable for two-way data communications with a remote facility, such as a central data processor. The terminal employs a memory for storing data entered into the memory from various peripherals, such as an information reader, or a manually operated keyboard, or an input/output peripheral, such as a central data processor. Data entered into the memory from one of these peripherals may be communicated to an output peripheral, such as a visual display or a printing mechanism, or to a remote facility.
