Elongated rail brackets are mounted on the upper ends of the first and second frame members. Each of the rail brackets has an elongated slide slot formed in the inner sides thereof. A storage box and an airline box are positioned between the first and second frame members. A storage box support frame is slidably mounted in the slide slots of the rail brackets so as to be positioned over the storage box. The storage box is bolted to the storage box support frame. An airline box support is slidably mounted in the slide slots of the rail brackets so as to be positioned over the airline box. The airline box is bolted to the airline box support.
