Abstract: The present invention comprises a speedy, accurate, hand held, motor driven device for marking golf balls; the circumscribed ballpoint or felt tip ink marker on the golf ball materially assisting proper alignment of the face of a putter relative to a desired path to the hole on the green. Prior to marking the golf ball, the shaft of the golf ball holder is inserted and secured in a variable chuck or appropriate hex socket in a conventional portable, handheld, battery operated rotary device, such as, a battery-operated screwdriver, nut driver, or electric drill. Energizing the rotary device while the golf ball is snugly inserted into the golf ball holder permits marking the equatorial circumference of the golf ball. Upon completing the marking, the golf ball is extracted from the golf ball holder by placing an extraction tool in the aperture of the holder and prying the golf ball loose.

Abstract: A system, method, and apparatus provide the ability to augment advertisements in a linear broadcast stream. A device playing video and/or audio broadcast as a linear stream detects the start of an advertisement that has been provisioned with augmented functionality. The device then retrieves the augmentation/augmented functionality and presents the augmentation during broadcast of the advertisement.

Abstract: The present invention concerns a post puller apparatus featuring a plurality of clutching fixtures for extracting posts embedded in the ground, particularly round metal posts that are often difficult to hold firmly. Each such clutching fixture is formed to have a rectangular horizontal plate and a rectangular vertical plate perpendicular to each other along an edge of each. The horizontal plate has a clutch jaw of a generally V shape for receiving a portion of the post to be removed from the ground; the vertical plate has a pair of slots flanking the clutch jaw. Two or more of these clutching fixtures are longitudinally attached to a longitudinal support member, which is normally operative in a vertical position and operatively conjoined with a device providing an upward post extracting force. The longitudinal support member has a maneuvering handle for positioning the post puller apparatus proximate to a post to be removed.
