To retain the reinforcement bars within the cradles, preferred embodiments of the structure include retaining members that protrude inward from the inner surfaces of the opposing sidewalls.

This system is intended to accumulate reference material for an interested consumer who is then able to develop his own medical coverage for a chosen insurance premium, or “indemnity product”.
