  • Patent number: 11051591
Abstract: An item of jewelry includes a first and second glass component. The first component includes a base layer with cremains deposited on a front surface. The second component is the same size and shape as the first component so that its outer edges align with those of the first component. The second component includes an image of a print placed on a substrate. The first component is placed on, and annealed to, the second component such that the cremains are sandwiched between the base layer and the substrate to form a durable image of the print on glass.

  • Patent number: 7841742
Abstract: An integral HID reflector lamp may be formed with an HID held in a reflector. An inner element is mechanically coupled to the reflector. The inner element is formed with a first mechanical coupling to mate with the reflector, a second mechanical coupling to mate with a circuit board, and an electrical coupling to at least electrically couple one of the leads to the circuit board. A circuit board has an edge mechanically coupled to the inner element and electrically connected to the leads by an electrical coupling on the inner element. A heat sink spans at least one side of the circuit board and forming an EMI shielding. An outer cover encloses the heat sink, circuit board, and inner element and coupled to the assembly of the reflector, HID lamp, inner element, and heat sink with each elements of the assembly clipped together.

  • Publication number: 20070156661
Abstract: A system for providing telecommunications equipment information and customer information that includes a display and a processor. The display displays a graphical user interface that allows a user to access the equipment information and the customer information. The graphical user interface includes at least one input area that allows a user to input search criteria, related to at least one of equipment data and customer data, to initiate a search. The graphical user interface also includes at least one results area that displays a result of the search, the result including at least one of the equipment information and the customer information related to the search criteria. The processor implements the search for at least one of the equipment information and the customer information in response to the input search criteria.

  • Patent number: 5926526
Abstract: A automated patient information retrieval system is provided for notifying patients of medical information. The automated patient information retrieval system includes a processor coupled to memory and a telephone interface circuitry. A processor is also coupled to a modem and an I/O interface. The system allows for a medical provider to enter medical information into voice mailboxes. The messages many be time-sensitive wherein the system automatically calls patients to notify of pending medical information in voice mailboxes. The patient then may telephone the system to receive a medical message stored in a patient mailbox. Medical providers may generate custom voice messages or enter predetermined bulletin codes associated with pre-recorded voice messages. Also, medical providers can enter notes associated with medical voice mailboxes which are only accessible by the medical provider.
