  • Patent number: 11989394
Abstract: Devices, methods and graphical user interfaces for manipulating user interfaces based on fingerprint sensor inputs are provided. While a display of an electronic device with a fingerprint sensor displays a first user interface, the device may detect movement of a fingerprint on the fingerprint sensor. In accordance with a determination that the movement of the fingerprint is in a first direction, the device allows navigating through the first user interface, and in accordance with a determination that the movement of the fingerprint is in a second direction different from the first direction, the device allows displaying a second user interface different from the first user interface on the display.

  • Publication number: 20070151463
Abstract: A toaster for heating foodstuffs includes a chassis having a cavity therein and having at least one chassis opening for accessing the cavity. A door is movable with respect to the chassis between a closed position in which the door substantially covers the chassis opening, and an open position in which the cavity is accessible through the chassis opening. A carriage with at least one slot movable between a first position disposed completely within the cavity and a second position extending at least partially from the cavity through the chassis opening. The toaster has a heating configuration in which the carriage is in the first position and the door is in the closed position to confine the foodstuff being heated and create a generally enclosed chamber within the cavity in which heat and moisture loss is controlled.

  • Publication number: 20060202158
Abstract: The present invention relates to organic peroxide formulations that contain a reactive, compatible dye or pigment and their use in systems involving free radical reactions such as monomer polymerizations, resin and elastomer curing and polymer modifications. The dye or pigment appears red in the organic peroxide composition and during mixing of the organic peroxide with monomers, polymers and other systems to which organic peroxides are typically added before their use to generate free radicals. Once conditions are applied to decompose the peroxide into free radicals, the desired curing, crosslinking or polymerization reaction occurs and the red color disappears. The red color does not persist in the product at the end of the reaction and therefore does not adversely affect the desired final color of the reaction product.
