The plurality of guides including at least a butt guide approximate the reel, and a tip top guide at the tip end. The line is wound about the reel and extended through each of the plurality of guides. The line includes a braided section at a distal end of the line. The pet toy is removably connected to the braided section at the distal end of the line.
