The device has a body, a fastener tab extends downward from a proximal end of the body, a screw is configured into the fastener tab to secure the device to the slot in the rack. A handle support tab extends outwards from the middle of the body, wherein the handle support tab is configured to snugly receive a handle of the toolbox. A clip at the proximal end can be engaged to the slot.
