Patent number: 11973509Abstract: A phase-locked loop (PLL) that provides a local oscillator signal for a radio. An oscillator of the PLL supplies an oscillator output signal. Control logic receives a request to change the oscillator output signal to a new frequency and responds to the request by setting a first capacitor circuit of the oscillator to a first capacitance that corresponds to a predetermined frequency of the oscillator output signal. The control logic also responds to the request by setting one or more other capacitor circuits of the oscillator according to temperature and according to a frequency difference between the predetermined frequency and the new frequency. After responding to the request by setting the first capacitor circuit and the one or more other capacitor circuits, the PLL locks to the new frequency using a signal from the PLL loop filter to adjust another capacitor circuit in the oscillator.Type: GrantFiled: March 31, 2022Date of Patent: April 30, 2024Assignee: Silicon Laboratories Inc.Inventors: Rangakrishnan Srinivasan, Zhongda Wang, Francesco Barale, Wenhuan Yu, Mustafa H. Patent number: 10474985Abstract: A rule handler may receive a first routing rule and a second routing rule, each routing rule characterizing at least one potential physical transportation route. A rule converter may convert the first routing rule and the second routing rule into a first finite automaton (FA) and a second finite automaton, respectively, and may combine the first finite automaton and the second finite automaton into a finite automaton network graph. A graph comparator may then compare the finite automaton network graph to existing physical transportation routes, and a route selector may select, based on the comparing, at least one feasible physical transportation route from the existing physical transportation routes, the at least one feasible physical transportation route being an instance of the at least one potential physical transportation route.Type: GrantFiled: August 13, 2014Date of Patent: November 12, 2019Assignee: SAP SEInventors: Yuanyuan Cen, Yingbin Zheng, Yan Tan, Honggang Wang, Philippe Nemery, Xingtian Shi, Irene Chen, Terry Wang, Mark Finch

Publication number: 20160042444Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes receiving, at a rental company, a customer's order to hire a transport equipment unit of a first type beginning on a start date. The rental company has an inventory of transport equipment units for hire and a network of diverse storage sites. The computer-implemented method further includes locating one or more transport equipment units of the first type in the rental company's inventory of transport equipment available for hire by the start date, computing the rental company's costs associated with picking up each of the located transport equipment units of the first type for delivery to the customer, and selecting, based on consideration of the rental company's picking up costs, one of the located transport equipment units for delivery to customer.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 11, 2014Publication date: February 11, 2016Inventors: Harald HENGELBROCK, Mark FINCH, Irene CHEN, Xingtian SHI, Philippe NEMERY, Terry WANG

Publication number: 20120031126Abstract: A system for ice making includes a controller, a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, a water sump, a curtain disposed adjacent to the evaporator, a water distributor in communication with the water sump to draw water from the water sump and distribute the water over the evaporator during an ice making cycle, a water level sensor disposed in the water sump. The water sensor detects a high water level and signals the controller to initiate an ice making cycle, the sensor further detects a low water level in the sump and signals the controller to terminate the ice making cycle and initiates a harvest cycle. The system further includes a curtain sensor disposed about the curtain that detects when a harvest cycle has ended and sends a signal to a controller to fill the sump with water.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 3, 2011Publication date: February 9, 2012Inventors: Lei Andrew Zhang, Yong Terry Wang
