    Abstract: This invention relates in part to soybean event pDAB8264.44.06.1 and includes a novel expression cassettes and transgenic inserts comprising multiple traits conferring resistance to glyphosate, aryloxyalkanoate, and glufosinate herbicides. This invention also relates in part to methods of controlling resistant weeds, plant breeding and herbicide tolerant plants. In some embodiments, the event sequence can be “stacked” with other traits, including, for example, other herbicide tolerance gene(s) and/or insect-inhibitory proteins. This invention further relates in part to endpoint TaqMan PCR assays for the detection of Event pDAB8264.44.06.1 in soybeans and related plant material. Some embodiments can perform high throughput zygosity analysis of plant material and other embodiments can be used to uniquely identify the zygosity of and breed soybean lines comprising the event of the subject invention. Kits and conditions useful in conducting these assays are also provided.

    Abstract: A phase-locked loop (PLL) that provides a local oscillator signal for a radio. An oscillator of the PLL supplies an oscillator output signal. Control logic receives a request to change the oscillator output signal to a new frequency and responds to the request by setting a first capacitor circuit of the oscillator to a first capacitance that corresponds to a predetermined frequency of the oscillator output signal. The control logic also responds to the request by setting one or more other capacitor circuits of the oscillator according to temperature and according to a frequency difference between the predetermined frequency and the new frequency. After responding to the request by setting the first capacitor circuit and the one or more other capacitor circuits, the PLL locks to the new frequency using a signal from the PLL loop filter to adjust another capacitor circuit in the oscillator.

The system includes an evaluation device configured to evaluate at least one intermodulation distortion (IMD) product of the signature signal generated by the at least one communication circuit device, and to identify a class of the at least one communication circuit device according to a transition level of an amplitude of the at least one IMD product of the signature signal that exceeds a second predetermined threshold.

The system includes a correlator for performing frequency domain correlation between a frequency domain representation of the second signal and frequency domain representations of a plurality of time-delayed versions of the first signal to generate frequency domain correlation information. The system includes an analyzer for identifying correlation peaks in a magnitude of the frequency domain correlation information to determine locations of discontinuities of the communication channel. The identified correlation peaks are associated with the locations of the discontinuities of the communication channel.
