Abstract: Provided is an information transaction apparatus including a receiving unit, a storage unit, and a transaction unit. The receiving unit receives user information on an information provider or a provider terminal from the provider terminal used by the information provider. The storage unit stores the user information received by the receiving unit in a user information memory unit. In the case of accepting an acquisition request for the user information from a user terminal used by an information user, the transaction unit controls a transaction process of providing the user information corresponding to the acquisition request to the user terminal and paying a reward to the information provider which is a transmission source of the provided user information based on factor information which affects a value of the user information stored in the user information memory unit.

Abstract: A delivery device according to the present invention includes a storing unit and a calculating unit. The storing unit stores a number of views a webpage concerning a commercial product and a number of behaviors which result in profitable behavior which leads a profit of a provider who provides the webpage by the user who accesses the webpage in a memory unit for every commercial product.
