    Abstract: A diameter of a wheel to which a tire is fitted is made large, and an inner circumferential space is widened, so that a brake having a large size can be arranged in such large inner circumferential space, and moreover, a spring constant can be lowered due to formation of holes to both bilateral side surfaces of the tire, whereby a cushioning performance can be made high and travelling feeling can be made comfortable.
