The pyridinone compound of the present invention is represented by Formula (1): wherein R1 and R2 are the same or different, and each represents C1-6 alkyl; and R3 is a group represented by, for example, Formula (3) below: wherein R5 in the group represented by Formula (3) is hydrogen.
