  • Publication number: 20100059172
Abstract: An in-mold decorating apparatus of this invention is configured as follows. That is, in a state that a parting surface, on which a decorative sheet is placed, is tilted relative to a platen surface, a rotation shaft of a decorative sheet feed roll and a rotation shaft of a guide roller in a decorative sheet supply device are arranged in parallel with the parting surface, leading to prevention of a resin molded product from being degraded in appearance due to a rip of the decorative sheet, a wrinkle of the decorative sheet, a crack of a pattern layer, and the like.

  • Patent number: 7491446
Abstract: The present invention relates to an annular sliding fluoroplastics member which is requested to have good mechanical properties, resistance to abrasion and wear, thermal conductivity, heat resistance, and the like, and also to a method of producing such an annular sliding fluoroplastics member. The annular sliding fluoroplastics member of the invention has a composite structure which mainly consists of fluorine plastics and short fibers, and 20 or more wt. % of short fibers by weight of a total amount of the short fibers are oriented in a direction along which a burden of a load is large. According to this configuration, the buckling resistance and the pressure resistance are enhanced. A member having a high buckling resistance can be used in a thrust slide bearing or a thrust washer in which a large press load is applied in the axial direction, and a member having a high pressure resistance can be used in a radial slide bearing in which a large press load is applied in a radial direction.

  • Patent number: 7006507
Abstract: A large volume of digital media home information output from each of audio, visual, computer and communication (AVCC) apparatuses is transmitted to a digital media home information network at a high data speed and is received by one AVCC apparatus. Also, a small volume of digital environment home information output from each of self-management apparatuses such as an energy sensor, a security sensor and a health care sensor is transmitted to a digital environment home information network at a low data speed and is received by a digital information transmitting/receiving and protocol converting unit. In this unit, a protocol of the digital environment home information in the digital environment home information network is converted into that in the digital media home information network, and the data speed of the digital environment home information in the digital environment home information network is changed to that in the digital media home information network.

  • Patent number: 6660420
Abstract: In a separator for a fuel cell and a method of producing a separator for a fuel cell according to the invention, bondcarbon is used in which composition ratios are set to 60 to 90 wt. % (preferably, 70 to 87 wt. %) of graphite powder having an average diameter in a range of 15 to 125 &mgr;m (preferably, 40 to 100 &mgr;m), and 10 to 40 wt. % (preferably, 13 to 30 wt. %) of a thermosetting resin. The compound is previously cold-molded into a shape similar to a final molded shape. The preliminary molded member is then placed in a mold, and then molded into a separator of the final shape by applying a pressure of a range of 10 to 100 MPa. The surface roughness Ra of at least a portion of the separator contacting with an electrode is set to a range of 0.1 to 0.5 &mgr;m.

  • Patent number: 6004890
Abstract: The heat-resisting material according to the present invention comprises a fiber aggregate containing crystalline alumina short fibers and formed in a continuous length and an inflammable sheathing for maintaining the shape of the fiber aggregate in a compressed state. The expansion percentage of the fiber aggregate after burn-off of the sheathing is not less than 10% by volume based on the volume of fiber aggregate in a compressed state. This heat-resisting material can be worked into various forms of product of the heat-resisting material such as rope, square bar, sheet, etc., according to the purpose of use. The present heat-resisting material is provided in continuously long products, has high heat resistance and restoring property, and can be easily applied to the openings or spaces ranged continuously in the longitudinal direction, such as the boundaries between the blocks of the heat-resisting material and joints.

  • Patent number: 5765838
Abstract: An expanded graphite sealing material is provided in which the adaptability of the principal face of an expanded graphite base member is improved, the bonding strength to a coating layer and the like can be increased, and the sealing properties can be enhanced. A method of producing such a sealing material, and a gasket sheet using the sealing material are also of concern. On at least a portion of a principal face of the expanded graphite base member in which expanded graphite particles are pressurized and integrated together, opened thin-leaf graphite portions are formed. The principal face of the expanded graphite base member having the thin-leaf graphite portions can be impregnated with a sealing member such as PTFE or covered with a coating layer. As the form of the sealing material, a sheet, a press-molded product, a fabric, a string, or a braided article can be adopted.
