  • Patent number: 9945098
Abstract: An upper turning body is mounted on a lower travelling body to be capable of turning. An attachment is arranged in the upper turning body. A power storage device is arranged in the upper turning body together with the attachment. A discharge current from the power storage device drives electric parts. The power storage device has a housing in which a first flow path for coolant's flow is formed. A power storage module is arranged inside the housing. The power storage module includes stacked power storage cells, and the power storage cells are thermally coupled to the first flow path. The housing includes a lower housing and an upper housing. The first flow path is formed in one of a bottom panel of the lower housing and an upper panel of the upper housing.

  • Patent number: 9552933
Abstract: A storage module includes a plurality of stacked cell units, in which each of the cell units has a storage cell that has a pair of electrode tabs, and a frame body where the electrode tab of the storage cell that is adjacent in a stacking direction of the cell units is fixed, and each of the frame bodies has an elastic portion that presses the electrode tab to the other frame body other than one of the frame bodies.

  • Patent number: 9340115
Abstract: A shovel includes a power storage module; and an electric motor driven by electric power stored in the power storage module. The power storage module includes a plurality of cell units stacked to form a stacked structure. Each of the cell units has a power storage cell including a pair of electrode tabs; and a frame body configured to support the power storage cell. Each of the frame bodies has a screw-locking portion formed on a surface facing laterally and outwardly from the stacked structure. The plurality of power storage cells are electrically connected by screw-locking the electrode tabs of the power storage cells to the screw-locking portions.

  • Patent number: 9088027
Abstract: A plurality of cell units is stacked. A pressurizing mechanism applies a compressive force in a stacked direction to a stacked structure of the cell units. Each of the cell units includes a power storage cell, and a frame body which supports the power storage cell. The frame body includes a positioning portion which restrains a relative position with respect to a direction perpendicular to the stacked direction of the frame bodies adjacent in the stacked direction. The positioning portion positions the frame bodies with respect to the direction perpendicular to the stacked direction. A margin is kept in a direction in which the frame bodies are closer in the stacked direction in a state where the compressive force is applied to the stacked structure due to pressurization through the pressurizing mechanism.
