    Abstract: The additive of the present invention comprises a multitude of oil globules embedding biologically activating substances of the living fish and shellfish. The oil globules can be effectively absorbed through bowels of fish and shellfish. The additive may be produced by the method comprising mixing water with biologically activating substance; adding edible oil and a lipophilic emulsifier to the mixture of the water and the substance to produce a mixed solution; turning the oil phase of the mixed solution into oil globules embedding the substance by a homo-mixer or ultrasonic vibrations to produce an oil-in-water emulsion; and adding a hydrophilic emulsifier to the emulsion for stabilization.
