  • Patent number: 11929343
Abstract: There is provided a novel Cu bonding wire that achieves a favorable FAB shape and achieve a favorable bond reliability of the 2nd bonding part even in a rigorous high-temperature environment. The bonding wire for semiconductor devices includes a core material of Cu or Cu alloy, and a coating layer having a total concentration of Pd and Ni of 90 atomic % or more formed on a surface of the core material. The bonding wire is characterized in that: in a concentration profile in a depth direction of the wire obtained by performing measurement using Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) so that the number of measurement points in the depth direction is 50 or more for the coating layer, a thickness of the coating layer is 10 nm or more and 130 nm or less, an average value X is 0.2 or more and 35.

  • Patent number: 4746176
Abstract: The towel dispenser adapted to store and supply a towel of undeterminate length. At least one of the unused and used portions of the towel is stored in the form of a roll on a shaft. The towel dispenser includes a pair of side walls each having at least one elongated hole. The portion of the side wall defining the inner peripheral edge of the elongated hole is obliquely bent towards each respective other side wall so as to form a tab projecting towards the other side wall. Each end of the shaft is rotatably and slidably received in the respective elongated hole defined by the respective tab, in such a manner that each end of the shaft does not project beyond the plane of the associated side wall.

  • Patent number: 4716769
Abstract: A radial field electromagnetic flow meter includes a radial magnetic flux generator, a magnetic device surrounded by a fluid passage for fluid to be measured and electrically insulated magnetic poles separately positioned on a center line of the fluid passage, a tubular part surrounding a range including the mutually opposite magnetic poles of the magnet device through the fluid passage, and ribs radially crossing portions of the fluid passage between one end of the magnet device and a portion of the tubular part surrounding the one end of the magnet device, respective surfaces of the tubular portions and the ribs which come into contact with the fluid to be measured being electrically insulated, whereby the magnetic reluctance of the magnetic circuit of the magnet device can be reduced and the sensitivity of the electromagnetic flow meter can be improved.

  • Patent number: 4479844
Abstract: An impulse-action heat-sealer for manufacturing a sealed article, as a bag or the like, by pressingly keeping the portions to be sealed and effecting the sealing by means of heating with short-time electric current. The sealer has a pressing-sealer lever as is actuated electromagnetically, and is further equipped with an air-damper to function as a buffer for the actuating movement of the pressing-sealer lever.

  • Patent number: 4416104
Abstract: A clamping mechanism for an impulse sealer includes a pair of drive arms pivoted on a flat base member and a pressure arm pivoted about the same pivot between the drive arms. Complimentary pressure members are located at the free ends of the drive arms and pressure arm for clamping a member to be heat sealed. A pair of levers are pivoted intermediate their ends on the drive arms between the clamping member and the pivot. The levers are comprised of two arms disposed at oblique angles relative to each other with the end of the lower arm sliding on the flat surface of the base member. The free end of the upper arm of the lever is connected to the pressure arm at a point between the clamping member and the pivot by means of a connecting rod so that depression of the drive arm will cause the ends of the lower lever arm to slide along the surface of the base member.
