  • Publication number: 20230263663
Abstract: The present technology relates to intraocular shunting systems and methods. In some embodiments, the present technology includes intraocular shunting systems that include a drainage element having an inflow portion configured for placement within an anterior chamber of the eye outside of an optical field of view of the patient and an outflow portion configured for placement at a different location of the eye. The system can also include a flow control assembly having a rotational control element operably coupled to the drainage element. The flow control assembly can further include an actuation structure coupled to the rotational control element and configured to selectively change an orientation of the rotational control element. An amount of fluid through the inflow portion and/or the outflow portion can vary based on the selected orientation of the rotational control element.

  • Publication number: 20230031517
Abstract: The techniques of this disclosure generally relate to a method including navigating an adhesive catheter to a proximal end of a false lumen of a dissection. The false lumen is defined by a septum and a vessel wall. The method further includes delivering an adhesive from the adhesive catheter to the proximal end of the false lumen. The adhesive is compressed between the septum and the vessel wall to close the false lumen.

  • Publication number: 20220265417
Abstract: A stent-graft prosthesis includes a graft material having a tubular construction, a frame coupled to the graft material, and a port or opening disposed between a proximal end and a distal end of the graft material. The port or opening is open during deployment of the stent-graft prosthesis to enable blood flow from a graft lumen within the graft material to exit the graft lumen, and the port or opening is blocked upon full deployment of the stent-graft prosthesis to prevent blood flow from within the graft lumen from exiting the graft lumen through the port or opening.
