  • Publication number: 20110038004
Abstract: Whether or not a received drawing instruction is an instruction which needs an arithmetic operating process with a background portion is discriminated. When it is determined that the received drawing instruction is not the instruction which needs the arithmetic operating process with the background portion, the drawing instruction is converted into a drawing command and transmitted to a printing apparatus, and the received drawing instruction is stored as intermediate data. When it is determined that the received drawing instruction is the instruction which needs the arithmetic operating process with the background portion, the intermediate data which relates to the received drawing instruction is extracted from the intermediate data stored by the storing step, a drawing command in which the arithmetic operating process of the received drawing instruction has been executed to the extracted intermediate data is formed and transmitted to the printing apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20090213425
Abstract: An image processing apparatus acquires information included in application data created by an application but not in image data generated by interpreting the application data, adds the acquired information to the generated image data generated based on the application data as attribute information (meta data) of the generated image data, and outputs the generated image data and the attribute information which has been added to the generated image data to an external device.

  • Publication number: 20090214119
Abstract: An image processing apparatus has an extraction unit configured to extract a thin line with a width of equal to or less than a predetermined value from rendering data, and an end point processing unit configured to displace, with respect to a portion that satisfies a predetermined condition in the thin line, at least one of end points of the portion within a predetermined range.

  • Publication number: 20070070088
Abstract: An image processing apparatus includes a grouping unit configured to group rendering data into a first group that is to be rendered with a painter's algorithm and a second group that is to be rendered with a scanline algorithm, and an output unit configured to output the rendering data grouped by the grouping unit.

  • Publication number: 20060244988
Abstract: An information processing apparatus which is capable of efficiently performing color/monochrome determination of characters as a print object. A printer driver determines whether a character as the print object is a character which is necessary to be drawn or a character which is not necessary to be drawn. Then, when the character as the print object is determined to be a character which is not necessary to be drawn, the printer driver determines that the character as the print object is in monochrome.

  • Patent number: 4432211
Abstract: A defrosting apparatus for removing frost deposited on a cooler of a refrigerator or an air conditioner employs a defrosting heater exhibiting a positive temperature coefficient of resistance which changes sharply at a specific temperature. A specific rate of change of the heater current of the defrosting heater is detected, and on the basis of the detected current change rate, stopping or starting of current supply to the defrosting heater is controlled. The defrosting heater is an organic type heater or an inorganic ceramic type heater possessing the function of self-temperature control.
